26. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

University names, college names, trademarks, logos, photographs and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on Krishnangan for identification, information, comparison or another lawful purpose does not by itself imply:

• sponsorship;

• ownership by Krishnangan.

27. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

Where Users are permitted to submit reviews, comments, documents, photographs, corrections or other material, the User represents that:

Subject to the Privacy Policy, you grant Krishnangan a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, format, moderate and display such content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the relevant Platform feature.

28. INSTITUTION-SUPPLIED CONTENT

Where an institution, authorised representative or partner supplies content or data, the supplying party represents, to the extent applicable, that it possesses the authority necessary to provide such information and materials.

Krishnangan may independently review or verify submitted information before publication.

A link does not automatically constitute endorsement.

Users access third-party services subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

31. PAYMENTS

Where paid services are introduced or made available, applicable prices, taxes, payment terms and material conditions shall be disclosed in connection with the relevant transaction.

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information supplied through an authorised payment service is accurate and lawfully used.

Use of personal data through the Platform is governed by Krishnangan's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

By submitting personal information, you acknowledge that such information may be processed for the purposes described in the applicable privacy notice and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms shall require a User to waive a privacy right that cannot lawfully be waived.

• the nature of the dispute;

• relevant transaction or Platform activity;

• supporting facts; and

• the relief requested.

The parties may attempt to resolve the dispute for 30 days following receipt of sufficient notice before commencing arbitration or court proceedings, except where urgent relief or mandatory statutory rights require otherwise.

46. ARBITRATION

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the contractual relationship between the parties that are legally capable of resolution through arbitration may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties.

If the parties are unable to agree upon the arbitrator within a reasonable period, appointment shall be made in accordance with applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to the relevant court independently possessing lawful territorial, pecuniary and subject-matter jurisdiction, all civil, commercial, contractual and other proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, its services, content, transactions or relationship between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

To the extent legally permissible, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra and agree that such courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in preference to any other court possessing concurrent jurisdiction.

This clause shall also apply, where legally permissible, to court proceedings relating to arbitration seated at Nagpur.

Krishnangan may transfer or assign its rights and obligations in connection with a lawful restructuring, merger, acquisition, transfer of business or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

53. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, restricted or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful where possible.

The remaining provisions shall continue in force.

54. NO WAIVER
