To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to the relevant court otherwise possessing lawful territorial, pecuniary and subject-matter jurisdiction, any civil, commercial, contractual or other dispute, claim, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Platform, its content, services, transactions, communications, this Disclaimer or the relationship between Krishnangan and a user shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
By using the Platform, the user agrees, to the extent legally permissible, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such competent courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, to the exclusion of other courts that might otherwise have concurrent jurisdiction.
This provision shall not be interpreted as:
• creating jurisdiction in a court that does not otherwise possess jurisdiction under applicable law;
• restricting a statutory forum or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement;
• restricting the jurisdiction of a constitutional court, criminal court, regulator, consumer forum or other statutory authority where such jurisdiction is mandatory under applicable law; or

Where legally permissible and agreed between the parties, Krishnangan may seek to conduct preliminary meetings, mediation, arbitration hearings or other procedural interactions through electronic or virtual means in order to reduce unnecessary travel, cost and delay.
